Clean Energy Transition Partnership
20 September @ 09:00 – 26 September @ 14:00
MCST has launched the first joint call of the Clean Energy Transition Partnership. Local researchers can benefit from up to €500,000 to fund their R&I project in collaboration with international partners.
The Malta Council for Science and Technology (MCST) has launched, together with 51 other programme owners and managers from 27 countries, the first call of a new transnational initiative; the Clean Energy Transition Partnership (CETPartnership). The CETPartnership has identified 8 challenges in the area, which have been translated into 7 transition initiatives and 11 call modules. Maltese researchers can obtain up to €500,000 in funding for their joint research proposals.
The partnership aims to empower the energy transition and contribute to the EU’s goal of becoming the first climate-neutral continent by 2050. Maltese researchers can participate by joining consortia made up of at least 3 partners hailing from any of the participating countries and work on research projects in one of the specific thematic areas in relation to clean energy: Integrated Energy Systems in the Building and Industrial sector, Heating and Cooling solutions or Zero Emission Power Technologies.
The deadline of this call is the 23rd November 2022, 14:00 CET.
