The Phoenicia Malta is excited to announce an initiative dedicated to preserving the natural beauty of our coastline. Scheduled for the morning of October 5th, this community event will bring together volunteers, local organizations, and environmental advocates to clean up Mistra Bay, ensuring a cleaner and safer beach for everyone.
The primary aim of Coastal Care: Mistra Bay Community Clean-Up is to raise awareness about the impact of marine litter and encourage community involvement in environmental conservation. By partnering with Zibel and other local organizations, we aim to foster a sense of responsibility and collective action towards keeping our beaches pristine. This event aligns with several United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), including Life Below Water (SDG 14) and Life on Land (SDG 15).
