We start with a healthy breakfast, explaining the importance of breakfast and healthy food. Later deliver a presentation on mental health awareness: The importance of Self-Care through Mindfulness concerning work and life in general.
Serve a healthy breakfast to all the Lands Authority employees – explaining the importance to have a daily healthy breakfast. Later a 90-minute presentation will delve into how through self-care, a stronger yet peaceful version of one’s self can be nurtured.
This can be achieved through developing a mindful mindset which is much required in today’s global society. The importance of finding time to slow down in a cult of busyness is a fundamental factor in improving the quality of one’s mental well-being. The presentation will end with a 20-minute practice in mindful breathing as a possible way to curb anxiety.
