Mental Wellness Challenge

For World Mental Health Day, celebrated on the 10th October, Esplora has created a 20-day Mental Wellness Challenge, which will be posted on Facebook and Instagram, with tips on how to boost our mental health and wellbeing.

Mental health is important at every stage of life. It determines how we cope with the stresses, disruptions and unexpected hurdles that we face every day. It also effects our contributions to society in general and our relationships with others. There are various factors that effect our mental wellbeing and keeping our mind healthy with a few simple changes in our lifestyle is vital for our overall health.
In occasion of the World Mental Health Day, celebrated on the 10th October, Esplora Interactive Science Centre has created a 20-day Mental Wellness Challenge with tips on how to boost our mental health and wellbeing. Our audiences on the social media platforms – Facebook and Instagram – will be encouraged to follow this challenge which will start on the 21st September and will end on the 10th October.
Throughout these 20 days, we’ve mapped 20 simple tips that will help develop small lifestyle changes and build coping mechanisms. Some of these tips fit into most lifestyles and will not take up much time. They can also be easily implemented into day-to-day life and integrated into one’s lifestyle even at the end of the challenge.
