MESGA: Going back to the roots

The Malta ESG Alliance was launched this July 2022. It is an Alliance currently with 13 founding members whereby the private sector is coming together to be a catalyst at tackling local ESG issues in businesses and contribute to a better Malta.

The Malta ESG Alliance was launched this July 2022. It is an Alliance currently with 13 founding members whereby the private sector is coming together to be a catalyst at tackling local ESG issues in businesses and contribute to a better Malta. As part of its objectives, the Alliance would like to inspire others – and in this regard there is a strong belief that future generations will be the greatest driving force to ensure that ESG matters are increasingly taken seriously by all key players in our society. By sharing the Alliance’s vision with school children, MESGA founding members do not only wish to inspire younger generations, but also allow the younger generations to in turn inspire them with their questions and suggestions.

This will take form of a one hour event delivered to 12-13 years olds of Mater Boni Consigli School in Paola, on their first day of school. The Agenda is still in the works, but the aim is to have a brief presentation with regards to MESGA, discussing important issues with regards to ESG in general and how the children themselves can contribute to a better future and finally allowing time for questions and discussion with the students for a mutual exchange of ideas.
