Supporting ESG Education Across the Bank

As part of its ongoing commitment to sustainability and professional development, the Bank will be sponsoring internal staff to participate in the Award in Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance (ESG) at MQF Level 7 (5 ECTS) offered by the University of Malta.

This initiative is a strategic step toward embedding ESG principles across the organisation and aligns with Sustainable Development Goal 4 (Quality Education).

By making this specialised training more accessible, we are enabling our people to develop key ESG competencies such as sustainability reporting, climate risk analysis, and strategic ESG integration. This not only supports inclusive learning and upskilling but also empowers staff to apply responsible governance practices in their roles. Through this investment, the Bank is fostering a culture of sustainability and ensuring our workforce is well-prepared to meet evolving regulatory, environmental, and societal expectations.
